By reusing and cleaning the packaging, we care about the environment.
We renovate plastic boxes – most often KTP 114 777, 888, 999, Ecopak boxes as well as metal pallets – Gitterboxes UIC, Klappgitterboxes, Magnum boxes – and others. We supply renovated and cleaned packaging to the AUTOMOTIVE industry in the EU, Czech Republic, Poland, Lithuania, Slovakia, Hungary, Germany, Slovenia, Holland, France and Spain.
We carry out repairs by welding with LEISTER hot air tools with various PP and PE wires – for the part, the pallet tops and the pallet itself.
For Magnum boxes, we also repair broken parts or replace worn parts, which we purchase through the manufacturer’s dealership in the Czech Republic.
Specialised work for us is carried out by external companies. The capacity for renovating plastic pallets is approximately 900–1200 pcs per month.
By reusing and cleaning the packaging, we protect our environment. Our containers are environmentally friendly.
Used packaging is inspected, cleaned and renovated. If requested, we also wash the packaging. The washing capacity is 400–500 pcs per hour (packaging size 400x600x250mm). Each packaging type has many subtypes. Below are the most common ones. On request, we will be happy to provide more information about other types, including prices, which vary by type and quantity. New packaging is available ONLY on request.
